The JACQ Art service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by JACQ Art and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. There are no refunds for partial months of service or for unused AI generation credits. Downgrading your plan may cause loss of features or capacity of your account.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. JACQ Art makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
